Four MTANG members commissioned

Four members of the Montana Air National Guard were recently commissioned as second lieutenants during a ceremony performed at the completion of Officer Training School (OTS) held at Maxwell Air Force Base, Ala. Dec. 18, 2015.

120th Airlift Wing 2nd Lieutenants Matthew Hall, Alissa Engel, Bradford Lewis, and Joshua Briggs, marched with their fellow OTS graduates in a parade during the ceremony. They later formed up in front of the parade grounds reviewing stand to be introduced as the newest officers of the United States Air Force. The newly-commissioned officers then threw their hats into the air in celebration as a C-17 Globemaster III flew overhead.

120th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron Commander Capt. Kenneth Fechter attended the graduation and administered the Montana National Guard Oath of Office to Hall and Briggs while Maj. Michael Loy administered the oath to Engel.
