CHIEF MASTER SERGEANT RANDALL S. KELLEY

CMSgt Randall S. Kelley is the Command Chief, 120th Airlift Wing, Montana Air National Guard, Great Falls, MT. As the Command Chief, he is the primary advisor to the commander and senior staff on all matters influencing the professional development, training, combat readiness, utilization, quality of life and mission effectiveness of assigned enlisted personnel.

Chief Kelley began his military career in January 1983 as a T-38 Crew Chief, assigned to 6515th Field Maintenance Squadron Edwards AFB, California.   In July 1984, he joined the Montana Air National Guard as a Flight Line Crew Chief, working on F-106, T-33, and F-16 A/B/C/D aircraft.  During his career, he has held positions in Flight Line, Avionics Flight Line, Expediter, Maintenance Operations Center, Avionics, Maintenance Operations Flight, and Quality Assurance Superintendent.  Chief Kelley served in support of numerous CORONET NIGHTHAWK deployments, Howard Air Force Base, Panama, PACAF THREAT SECURITY OPERATION, Kunsan Air Force Base, Republic of Korea, and as Chief Enlisted Manager at 120th Fighter Wing, Detachment-1, Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam. His combat tours include Operation SOUTHERN WATCH, Prince Sultan Air Force Base, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in 2002 and Operation IRAQI FREEDOM, Balad Air Force Base Iraq in 2004. 

Prior to assuming his current positon, Chief Kelley served as the Group Superintendent for the 120th Maintenance Group, 120th Airlift Wing, Montana Air National Guard, Great Falls, MT.
