Reminder to All Space-A Travelers: Per DODI 4515.13, Section 4, Paragraph 4.1.a., there is no guarantee of transportation and reservations will not be accepted or made for any space-available traveler. The DoD is not obligated to continue an individual's travel or return the individual to the point of origin or any other point. Travelers should have sufficient personal funds to pay for commercial transportation, lodging, and other expenses if space-available transportation is not available. All associated expenses are the responsibility of the traveler.

Welcome

Welcome to the 120th Airlift Wing Passenger Terminal home page.

Departing from the 120th AW using the Space-A program is uniquely different than a traditional aerial port and passenger terminal. The 120th AW Small Air Terminal processes passengers during normal duty hours, 7 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Limited passenger support will be available based on personnel availability and other mission requirements.

The 120th AW does not have channel missions, or regularly scheduled flights. Not all flights out of the 120th AW will have Space Available seats released. For your convenience, the 120th AW Passenger Terminal maintains a 24-hour automated flight information recording phone line, 406-791-0627. The flights that will have seats available will be posted on the phone line 24-72 hours prior to scheduled departure. Once a flight has been released with seats, the passenger prioritization process can begin with the passengers that have signed up.

Sign up can occur 60 days prior to a flight being released by emailing the appropriate forms and documentation to usaf.mt.120-aw.mbx.space-a@mail.mil, faxed to 406-791-0628 or by dropping off the required documents and forms in person to the Small Air Terminal, Building 38. Show times and any pertinent information for flights will be posted to the flight information recording within 24 hours prior to flight departure.

The 120th AW Passenger Terminal is committed to providing you the best possible service. Please let us know if you have any questions or concerns.

Location

The 120th AW is located approximately three miles southwest of Great Falls, Montana, collocated with the Great Falls International Airport.
