Welcome to the 120th Airlift Wing Passenger Terminal home page.
Departing from the 120th AW using the Space-A program is uniquely different than a traditional aerial port and passenger terminal. The 120th AW Small Air Terminal processes passengers during normal duty hours, 7 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Limited passenger support will be available based on personnel availability and other mission requirements.
The 120th AW does not have channel missions, or regularly scheduled flights. Not all flights out of the 120th AW will have Space Available seats released. For your convenience, the 120th AW Passenger Terminal maintains a 24-hour automated flight information recording phone line, 406-791-0627. The flights that will have seats available will be posted on the phone line 24-72 hours prior to scheduled departure. Once a flight has been released with seats, the passenger prioritization process can begin with the passengers that have signed up.
Sign up can occur 60 days prior to a flight being released by emailing the appropriate forms and documentation to firstname.lastname@example.org, faxed to 406-791-0628 or by dropping off the required documents and forms in person to the Small Air Terminal, Building 38. Show times and any pertinent information for flights will be posted to the flight information recording within 24 hours prior to flight departure.
The 120th AW Passenger Terminal is committed to providing you the best possible service. Please let us know if you have any questions or concerns.
The 120th AW is located approximately three miles southwest of Great Falls, Montana, collocated with the Great Falls International Airport.

We at the 120th AW Small Air Terminal hope the following information will assist you in your travels with us. A long-/short-term parking lot is located on base, just north of the main parking lot once entering the base. There is no shuttle or transportation to and from the lot to the terminal, Building 38. Dropping off passengers and baggage, and parking vehicles will be coordinated by the traveler.
Rental vehicles are available at the Great Falls International Airport. More information can be found at http://flygtf.com/?p=RentCar. Individuals are responsible for setting up travel between the airport and the 120th AW.
There is no base lodging and the terminal is not manned 24/7. Travelers will need to set up lodging accordingly in Great Falls as well as transportation to and from the base.
AMC terminals follow Transportation Security Administration rules and prohibited lists. Passengers can find the information at www.tsa.gov/.
There are no vending machines, snacks, drinks, Wi-Fi or any other common services like those found in USO facilities. For lost and found, please contact a Passenger Service Representative at the 120th AW Small Air Terminal.

Common destinations from the 120th AW are: Joint Base Lewis-McChord, WA; Peoria, IL; Cheyenne, WY; and Reno, NV. Please note, Space-A seats are not always released on flights out of the 120th AW.
